Love the Little Things #8

It’s Friday which means it’s Love the Little Things time!

These are my Little Loves for this week:

Read

If I’m honest, I’ve not really done any real reading this week. I started the 1st couple of pages of The Making of Us by Lisa Jewell but I keep getting distracted easily though so haven’t really got into it! I think it’s more to do with my mood than the book. I’m really looking forward to reading it, so hopefully I can get into it this week.

Watched

I watched Wolf of Wall Street at the weekend and I thought it was a brilliant film. It’s 3 hours long but you really don’t feel like it lasts that long! You can definitely tell it’s a Scorsese film, I do like his films. Leonardo Di Caprio is absolutely fantastic in it. It’s one of those films that you will never get tired of watching.

Heard

I haven’t really heard anything on the radio that has caught my attention. I ear worm really easily, it only takes a word and I link it to a song. It’s a running joke with my colleagues at work. This week I started humming Saturday Night by Whigfield. It takes me back to my early teenage years, I still remember the dance moves!

Made

Normally I make myself something quick for my tea. I’m normally quite hungry by the time I get in from work. This week I really fancied lasagne, so although really hungry I decided to make lasagne for my tea.

Wore

I have struggled with clothes this week, making poor choice after poor choice and haven’t really felt that comfortable. Signs that I may need to treat myself to another couple of items for my maternity wardrobe.

And Lastly

It’s not been as hard as I thought it would be to get back into the routine of work and school this week after the half term break, which was a relief. Only 6 weeks until the Easter break, not that I’m counting down!
