I wanted to share a photo of Mr C this week as it’s his birthday but I’ve written about him before on my blog and there is only so many nice things I can say about him without him getting a big head! So instead I’m sharing this with you all.

This photo was taken in 2011. We can’t remember where we had been the night before but Me & Mr C were most definitely hung over, that’s how we ended up with a blow up bed, our duvet and pillows at one point, outside. It was a lovely day and the Munchkin wanted to be outside, we needed to be outside as the fresh air was helping our hangovers and inside was too stuffy. We lazed about on the bed whilst the munchkin played in the garden nearly all day. The munchkin, coming up to being 3 at the time, joined us, loving the fact that we had a bed outside that she could jump on and cuddle up on and that mummy and daddy were both outside whilst she played.

The later in the afternoon it got the more functional I was and I needed to nip to the shop. There’s a local co-op less than 5 minutes walk from our house, so I set off for a stroll. When I got back, these 2 were fast asleep in the shade. I took this picture before leaving them peacefully to finish their nap together!

We both say that this was a brilliant day, hopefully now the garden is fixed we will get some nice weather and we will be able to take the air bed back out into the sunshine!
